Anne Rust Aurand is a native of Newburgh and a graduate of Castle High School. She has attained her BS in Elementary Education, MS in Library Science and Certified in Educational Administration from Indiana State University, Terre Haute. Anne has served as a Teacher/Librarian in the Warrick County school system for 47.5 years. She is a small business owner of 321 Vintage and is currently serving District IV on the Newburgh Town Council and as Warrick County Historian, as named by the Indiana Historical Society.
