Michael A. Frank
County Coroner
Warrick County
I am pleased to officially announce my candidacy for Warrick County Coroner. It has been my honor to serve the citizens of Warrick County for the past 4 decades. I was involved in the founding of the Warrick EMS Paramedic program and was one of Warrick County's first paramedics. I continued my career as a paramedic for over 40 years- and also served for more than 15 years as a police officer with the Newburgh Police Department. I have had the pleasure to serve as a Deputy for the Warrick County Coroner's office for the past 10 years and currently hold the title of Chief Deputy Coroner. I have worked on countless cases, including homicides, accidental deaths, and deaths of unknown cause. I have been the support for many families as they work through the grief of losing a loved one, either expected or unexpected. I have worked alongside law enforcement to investigate deaths and have coordinated the efforts of pathology and investigators to get the answers that families deserve. My years of experience as a trained medical professional and law enforcement officer have enhanced these relationships and improved the quality of investigations. I bring a level of experience not held by others seeking the office of Coroner this year.
> Warrick County is my home, where I live, and where I chose to raise my family. I have a vested interest in ensuring the best and most qualified person holds the office of Coroner.
> Death is inevitable- but rest assured that if given the chance to be your Coroner, I will continue to perform my duties with the utmost honor, integrity, and the exceptional standards associated with this esteemed office.
> Warrick County deserves the most qualified, experienced, and professional individual to serve as Coroner. I am that individual. I am humbled and grateful for your support in the past and look forward to your continued support.
